Helios Software Solutions provides an online helpdesk for troubleshooting and further information about the product. If one uses the default theme provided by the software solutions, he can create a unique background image of his choice using the Image Paint function. One can customize the appearance of the textpad with different color schemes available, either by changing the background or the toolbar. The windows family of applications includes such icons as Recycle Bin, History, Pinwheel and the Title bar. TextPad has an interface that is simple and easy to use.
Helios Software Solutions has not finished developing the product yet however, it already has an impressive list of clients who use the product on a daily basis. The main reason for creating TextPad was to provide computer users with an easy-to-use tool for editing text. It is developed by Helios Software Solutions, a company that also develops software for clients of the Department of Defense, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Internal Revenue Service and the FBI.
